On the Straits Times today (9 March 2009)… “S'pore firms get tweeting: Businesses use microblogging service Twitter to keep clients and partners up-to-date”
The article went on to talk about how some firms are using Twitter to promote its latest activities. One of the quotes also said, “It's only a matter of time before Twitter takes off in Singapore.”
I couldn’t agree more!!! With my TwitterBerry (the oh-so-original name for the Twitter application for my blackberry), it is soooo easy to send tweets, or mini-reports and updates!
With Ps Kong on Twitter as well (with more than 2,000 people “following” his regular updates already – and he just set up his account about a month back only!), a lot of friends and colleagues I know are also jumping on the Twitter-bandwagon! :)
