One of the reasons why I lurve Christmas?
It's one of the two times in a year (the other being Chinese New Year) that my mom will roll up her sleeves to do delicious PINEAPPLE TARTS!
From the pineapple filling to the dough, it is entirely hand-made! Chockful of homemade gooooooooodness!
Gosh... There goes my diet plan! Hahaha!
