Did you know? This Saturday, 25 June, is a special day... It's Family Day Out! While we have our busy moments/minutes/days/weeks/months, it is always important to set aside time for our family – and 25 June is a specially almost-holiday that *ahem* reminds us to go out and enjoy with our beloved ones!
How are YOU going to be spending this special day?
Well, to give you some inspiration, our big plan for the day is...
Spending a fun morning at the Family Day Out carnival, happening from 9am to 6pm at the beautiful Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade (located outside Marina Bay Sands)! What's up at this carnival? Well, in order to encourage families to spend this day out, you can expect to find activities for both the young, and the not-so-young. Prizes to be won, and even a bout of shopping at the “Flea, Fly, Family” Flea Market... An awesome way to spend your Saturday morning.
If the weather permits, we are also thinking of bringing the kiddos to go on the Hippo River Tour! The last time Jay sat on the Hippo Bus, he had a blast, so this watery-adventure should be right up his alley as well.
I love the cheery atmosphere of carnivals. They never fail to bring a smile to my face, so I'm really looking forward to this Saturday. Admission to the Carnival is free, so if you don't have plans yet, bring your family down to the Waterfront Promenade as well!
