We brought Jayvon to the zoo. Yes. Again. After his first trip, he enjoyed himself so thoroughly that we decided to make another trip to the zoo.
Since that first zoo trip, we made a more concerted effort to show picture books of elephants, cows, tigers, giraffes et al, so that he would better be able to recognize these animals the next time! And he loves the animals and the sounds they make.
“How does a tiger go?”
“…ah…”
“How does a cow go?”
“mmmmmmmmmmm!”
“How does a cat go?”
“…” (squeezes his eyes shut)
Don’t ask me why he shuts his eyes and wrinkles his nose instead of saying “meow…” Haha!
This morning, Nic, Teresa, Uma (our domestic helper), Jay and I trudged down all the way to Mandai to the zoo! First off, breakfast! And time for me to try out my new Canon EOS 400D.
Alright! Let’s see some animals!
But boy o boy, was it a hot day! Check out Jay’s funky hairstyle… And this was after the second exhibit – the white tiger…
So by the time we ended off (after a mere 1 hour 45 minutes spent), he was already…
And so, this explains our couple-only shot, cos our prince was soundly (and I mean, soundly) asleep!
Methinks… a trip to Jurong BirdPark will be a good family outing the next time round!

Stopping by from SITS to say Hi!
How utterly amazing are these photos. Honestly, I noticed the difference right away, even before you referenced what type of model you had.
Looks like a very fabulous family day. How fun!
